FEZTEK's FZSTB001 solder test board design is used to test the basic welded skills of individuals. The industrial standard test consists of four parts, including pore resistance, chip resistance (1206 to 0201), 555 circuit, and 5 mm × 5 mm QFN 32 packaging. This kit challenges users' attention to details, the ability to read silk prints, and the overall efficiency of welding. The exposed pads are measured and resistant to verify that there is no bridge, and the resistance is completely welded.
The test board has a fast check function. The user can insert it. If the LED light flashs normally, then the person has been tested enough to work in their own projects and proves that they can identify components and their correct directions. The company also uses FZSTB001 as a welder's interview test.
