Texas Instruments' TLVM13630 is a highly integrated, efficient, and easy-to-use synchronous step-down DC/DC power module with a wide input voltage range of 3 V to 36 V to support a variety of systems in industrial applications. Featuring integrated MOSFETs, an inductor, and a controller, the module provides a small power footprint with minimal design effort. The power module features an adjustable output voltage range of 1 V to 6 V and an operating frequency of 200 kHz or 2.2 MHz in FPWM mode for high design flexibility. The device offers very high efficiency over the load range thanks to a low quiescent current of 9 µA (typ).

The TLVM13630 is housed in an enhanced HotRod™ QFN overmolded package that enables an easy and optimized layout for ultra-low conducted and radiated EMI performance. The entire solution requires only four external components and eliminates the need to select magnetics and compensation components during the design process. The device also has protection features for robust and safe operation.
