Texas Instruments INA1620 integrates four pairs of precisely matched thin-film resistors and on-chip EMI filtering, with high output current, low distortion, and dual audio operational amplifiers. This amplifier achieves an extremely low 2.8nV / √Hz noise density, an ultra-low THD + N of –119.2dB at 1kHz, and drives a 32Ω load with an output power of 150mW. The integrated film resistor has a matching degree within 0.004% and can be used to generate a large number of very high-performance audio circuits. The device can operate over a very wide power supply range of ± 2V to ± 18V with a supply current of only 2.6mA per channel. The device also features a shutdown mode that allows the amplifier to switch from normal operating conditions to standby current, which is typically less than 5μA. Shutdown mode is specifically designed to eliminate clicks when entering or exiting shutdown mode. The device has a unique internal layout that minimizes crosstalk and is immune to channel-to-channel interaction, even under overload or overload conditions. The device is specified over the temperature range of –40C to + 125C.
